Made on a small organic tea farm in the high mountains of Anhui Province. After withering and light processing, the golden leaves are placed in the sun to ferment, turning to a rich black color with touches of gold. Cup taste is just a hint of smokiness then a fruitiness with a clean finish and nice aftertaste. An excellent breakfast or afternoon tea that can take milk and sugar. Steep at 185 to 195 degrees for 2 – 3 minutes.
