Our lot is made of curled thick golden leaves that cup to a distinctive, reddish liquor with a wonderful spicy and creamy-sweet flavor. This black or “red” tea is made from an indigenous varietal, Dayeh, a large-leaf tea tree found to Yunnan Province. The leaves are strikingly golden-brown in color, the cup is spicy and sweet and thirst quenching. This is a refreshing, full-flavored tea that is good most anytime. This tea can take milk.
