This tea was made in a homeland of red tea – Feng Qing, Lincang, Yunnan, autumn 2020.
And the ancient technology of producing was used! Shai Hong, if you know, or sun drying saying simple. After a fermentation leaves are laid out in the open air under the sun and they dry slowly. This is a cause of much more deep and reach taste, than get out of electric or wood drying. And the weather affects very much.
This delicious Feng Qing Shai Hong has alclassic tastes of red tea, dryied fruits, apricots, sweetness and bitterness, going to the taste of rye bakery.
Very beautiful leaves and buds material!
