This tea is also processed certified organic white tea bushes. While the ‘pearl’ style teas are tightly twisted with tea buds and sprig creating a stronger flavor, Yin Hao is gently shaped tea buds with very fresh young leaves. This processing allows the drinker to easily appreciate the mild and fresh character of the white tea bush with the pleasant jasmine fragrance.
