This tea is often called Tieguanyin, which means “iron goddess of mercy” in Chinese. This Iron Goddess Oolong comes from the island of Sumatra, Indonesia and is grown in mineral-rich, volcanic soils. This tea is bold, full-bodied, and amber-colored. It tastes of sweet caramel and dark chocolates with notes of smoky cinnamon.
