According to Ayurveda, an imbalance in Kapha dosha manifests resistance to change, stubbornness and fatigue. Our Kapha Balance tea has been carefully blended with herbs that will help balance the Kapha dosha.

Ingredients: Organic tulsi, organic fennel, organic licorice, organic orange peel, organic black pepper, organic ginger, organic cardamom

Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp. per 8oz. cup. Pour boiling water (90-100 degree C) and steep for 4 to 6 minutes.
