Preparation Instructions:
Fill 20% of a gaiwan or porcelain teapot with tea. Briefly rinse leaves with hot water. Discard water. Slowly fill teapot with water 200F. Infuse for one minute and serve. For subsequent infusions: 2nd, 30 seconds; 3rd, 1 minute; 4+, 2 minutes.
