Hand-harvested on one of the first days of the spring season at the pristine Phoobsering garden, these loosely rolled, light green leaves burst open with an intensely sweet, floral aroma of lily of the valley and kaffir lime leaf. A light, golden and long-lingering liquor fills the palate with refreshing notes of fresh sugar snap pea and honeysuckle. This very special, organic tea, is grown at over 6,000 feet.
