Description

The most delicate of all tea and loose leaf teas, unprocessed and crafted entirely from tender spring buds, high in the remote mountains of Fujian. Picked for only five days of the year, just before the buds unfurl to the first new leaves.

Also known as White Silver Needle and Baihao Yinzhen.

Tasting Notes
Remarkably delicate, with the sweetness of spring long stored over winter.
