Description

Spring is in the air! Whatever the time of year, bring a breath of new life, joy and optimism into your world with a cup of Spring tea. We love the springtime. The early new green shoots on the hedgerows, delicate spring flowers, heavy dews underfoot and the sharp clean air in your lungs in the mornings… you really feel you can do anything. Spring tea captures this special feeling.
China Congou tea is a naturally sweet, full-flavoured, deliciously aromatic black tea, with a bright gold liquor and a clean, floral flavour. Blended with the Congou are Heather flowers, Nettles, Bilberries and flavourings for a mouth-tingling, invigorating mug of energy and optimism.

To brew, put one tsp per person in a warmed pot or Mug Infuser and add freshly-drawn, preferably filtered, boiling water. Allow 4 minutes for full infusion to occur, then strain into cups or mugs. Flavoured teas such as Spring are best enjoyed without milk or sugar, but do experiment and decide for yourself which you prefer.
