From Postcard Teas:
A blend of second flush Assam teas from three farmers who grow and process their own leaf, and spices (dried ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and clove) grown and harvested by hand by small farmers at the Sahyadri Co-Operative in Kerala.
We blend the teas and spices ourselves to create a warming, aromatic tea that is just as good taken black as with milk. Even better, stew the tea over a low heat in milk and sweeten with sugar or honey to make a rich, comforting chai drink.
