For maximum aloha: Scoop one heaping teaspoon (1.5g) of Wai into a tea strainer or sachet. Pour 8-fl oz of boiling water into a tea cup to steep at 212° F (100° C). Allow Wai to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Also enjoy as iced tea. Makes 37 eight fl.oz. servings per package.
