This Victorian inspired brew is a malty fresh black tea blended with cardamom pods, clove, and a touch of rose petals that evoke the taste of a romantic autumn twilight… Made in small batchess to ensure freshness.Each tin offers approximately serves 6-8 cups of tea. Preparing thy tea: Use one tsp of tea leaves per cup, add one heaping tsp for the pot. Add hot water and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir and serve immediately. Add milk and/or sugar to taste. Ingredients: Blend of loose leaf Indian Black Tea, cardamom, clove, and rose petals. This tea is particularly special to me because it is inspired by one of my friends as well as my little sister. My friend had taught me how to make the perfect cup of chai, and it had always been my favorite fall drink. My little sister always looked forward to the way I made it and recently I decided to tweak the recipe a little bit and added roses to it. My sister and I adore floral drinks and I thought this would be a delightful addition to the cuppa. The flavor became slightly different and when we tasted it, it reminded us both of that feeling when the world is suddenly enveloped in twilight. I pack by volume in these 2 oz tins. They are generally between 1.3-1.5 oz in weight.
