2020: My mom is a big fan of rou gui. She called me up a while back to tell me about a new rou gui she tried that seemed exciting. Of course I asked for some, and here it is. We call it tèjí ròuguì where tèjí means superfine grade. This tea is from high mountain material. I like how the tea brings a good energy and the fragrance builds up, drawing you into the session.
This tea was featured in the February 2021 tea club.
