From Old Ways Tea

Fairly thick, sweet and salivating. Noticeable bitterness in finish, should improve over time (fresh roast – end of August 2019). Long lasting flower fragrance in throat. Watermelon sweet, with a faint milky caramel flavor.

Note: The roast is fresh, though not at all too high or burnt. Some time spent resting could do it good.
