This organic oolong, which is grown in the foothills of the Kanchanjangha mountain in eastern Nepal, has smooth, honey-laced, and caramel-flavored notes with a malty finish. Though its unique flavor profile is more reminiscent of a black tea than an oolong, there is little to no astringency in this tea.
