This tea had been fired using slightly higher than normal temperatures hence the name ‘dark fired’. Large twisty dark leaves. The liquor is flowery with nuances of grapes, olive green in the cup, with many of the flavours of the Malawi White teas present.
Brewing Advice: Use one heaped teaspoon per mug. Add fresh boiling water (100ºC), steep for three to five minutes.
