A difficult to obtain but ever popular Chinese white tea. The name means ‘white peony’, and relates to the delicate flower petal appearance of this tea. The liquor and aroma are delicate light and sweet. Truly one of the most exquisite cups of tea you will ever taste! Similar to our regular Pai Mu Tan, this one has been organically grown.
Brewing Advice: Use two heaped teaspoons per mug, add hot but not boilng water (70ºC). Steep for two minutes. Suitable for multiple infusions
