This very pleasant brick of ripe Pu-Erh tea is made of a choice selection of Menghai county COFCC (China Organic Food Certification Centre) certified Ripe Pu-Erh, and is packaged in an attractive gift (or display) box. (Note: COFCC is not a recognized organic certification by the USDA, so this product can not be referred to as an Organic tea in the U.S.) This is a very limited production brick, and the recipe used is quite similar to the 7572 blend produced by the Menghai Tea Factory. It produces a full-bodied liquor with a creamy mouth feel and can be infused many times. It is a good candidate for short to medium-term storage or consumption in the near future.
