Nokchawon’s Mate Tea (also known as Yerba Mate) is made only of 100% Organic Mate leaves which contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and because it has an excellent effect of decreasing appetite it is known as the diet tea. Each infusion of mate tea contains the vitamins A, B1, B2, Niacin (B3), B5, B Complex C and E. The minerals Calcium, Zinc, Manganese, Iron, Selenium, Potassium, Magnesium and Phosphorous are also present in mate tea. With vitamins A to Z present in mate tea, some people refer to it as a multi-vitamin in a cup.
