Description

(From the Yame tea gardens, Japan, de la region japonaise de Yamé)
This Japanese green tea, needle-like in shape, represents 80% of Japan’s tea production. The greatest Sencha teas are picked in the Yame region in the south of Japan. The leaves have been steamed, producing a bright green colour. Its pale yellow infusion gives a fresh taste with slight accents of the sea
