Prepare 1 level tablespoon per 6 oz pot or cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool for about 1 minute to 200-205 (degree symbol) F. Steep for 1st steep 50 seconds , 2nd steep 40 seconds, 3rd steep 50 seconds, 4th steep 60 seconds, 5th steep 70 seconds, 6th steep 90 seconds, 7th steep 2 minutes.
Cold
Prepare 1 level tablespoon for a 42 oz pitcher. Steep in room temperature water and place in refrigerator for 8 hours. Take out leaves and serve. Drink within 2 days.

I was told by Lawrence of Naivetea that the oolong tea that they use in their infused oolongs is Golden Lily aka Milk Tea or Jin Xuan. High quality Golden Lily grown at high elevations tastes great by itself so I had high expectations for this tea.
I wasn’t disappointed! The flavor is really amazing. I didn’t use any honey today so I could experience the natural sweetness of the tea. The white peach flavor is reminiscent of these Chinese hard candies that I would enjoy as a child.
I think the best thing about this tea is that the peach notes do not overwhelm the creamy flavor of the oolong tea. I will be purchasing this again and I highly recommend it to others!
I’ve been working my way through my flavored oolong sampler pack from NaiveTea and peach oolong was next in the lineup. This is a really delicious tea with lots of bright peach flavor. The base milk oolong contributes a very smooth, buttery taste of this tea and accentuates its sweetness.
As good as this tea was it wasn’t life changing. To be honest it tasted similar to many other higher quality peach flavored teas and I would say it’s only marginally better than Lupica’s Momo Oolong, another excellent peach oolong.
Like other NaiveTea flavored teas, this made a great iced tea and IMO tastes better cold-brewed.

Ahh still very delicious, each steep tastes different. It’s buttery and smooth…I think lightly oxidized flavored oolongs like this one are now my favorite kind of tea. I can’t wait to try the rest of the flavors in my sampler!
