Description

Aged oolong “Tie Guanyin – fruit flavor” harvest of 2012 from the South Fujian County of Anxi. Baked on the coals of fruit trees.

In appearance: medium-sized maroon-brown lumps of twisted tea shoots with small cuttings. The aroma is intense, woody with a smoky note. The liquor is transparent, with mahogany shade.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is mature, warm, biscuit, with a hint of smoke, wood tar, baked milk and fruits. The aroma is deep and warm, with a smoky accent. The taste is soft, multifaceted, sweetish, with a delicate bitterness and a distinctive smoked yangxun flavor. The aftertaste is long and memorable.

Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 5-7 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.

Aged oolong “Tie Guanyin – fruit flavor” is the right choice to regain peace of mind and warm your body.
