Description

Description on Moychay.nl website:
In appearance: 100-gram teacake of medium density, easily divided into gray-brown and silvery-beige buds. The aroma is restrained, spicy-herbal. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, spicy-herbaceous with woody, floral, fruity and nutty notes. The aroma is delicate, spicy and nutty. The taste is dense, oily, sweetish, a bit tart, with a citrus sourness, nuances of spices and a refreshing finish.

Brew tea with hot water (87-92°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.

“Youle Mountain raw puer tea” is an excellent choice to boost your daytime energy.
