Formosa TieGuanYin are extremely rare and hard to come by, especially one of this caliber. It was grown and harvested in LiShan – Taiwan’s famous tea producing mountain region – and crafted using traditional Formosa oolong methods: a light-medium oxidation to bring out floral and fruity notes, rolling, and a quick roast. The thick and intensely complex liquor will amaze you with a creaminess and fruitiness that lingers on the palate long after your cup is finished.
