This beautiful, delicate and affordable tea from our partner farm in Mingjian is a real treat. Lightly roasted to perfection, the unique sweet florals of the #13 Jade Oolong Cultivar are expressed beautifully with this tea. It has already become a favorite daily drinker for more than a few customers!
Finding this wonderful agrochemical free garden was a bit of a surprise for our fall 2018 sourcing trip as the Mingjian area has a reputation of having very low quality, intensively agrochemical sprayed tea. This farm challenged our views of the area and drove home how important the philosophy of the grower is for the finished product. We were so happy to meet this family and be able to support them!
