How i got it: Tried it at my parents’ house.
Experience: Well, i could say this tea is pretty much unknown here in Chile. Checking a box in the supermarket I found later this is a sub-branch of St. Claire’s Teas, which seems to be more recognized. Anyway.. this tea has a mildly-intense, mainly toasted smell, marking a difference from the usually fruity standard Ceylon. In the flavor department, it falls between a Supremo and a TeeFix, with earth-y and toasted notes, and almost no nuances. I can sense a hint of fruitness at the end of the sip. Light to medium intensity, relatively defined taste, but not very lasting. An average level tea.
Would i buy it?: I don’t think so. For everyday tea, Lipton’s Yellow Label is the baseline.
Si buscas un té fuerte, descarta esta opción. Un té muy suave, de aroma ligero. No me gustó :(.
A diferencia de Chris, pondría a este té entre un Emblem y un Mildred.
