Description

Elephant Mountain is a small Dai minority village community in Menghai County with a Dai Temple of some renown. It’s also a tea growing area and as such has always commanded the imagination of people in the area. Being a blend of many different ripe wet pile batches there may or may not be some tea from Elephant Mountain in there somewhere! Another “once in a blue moon” premium production from Da Yi, which was last produced exactly 10 years ago in 2005. The 2005 production and this one are the same recipe, the 2005 production is a modern ripe classic, sought after, and commanding a very high price.
