Orange Pekoe and Pekoe Cut Black Tea
Use one tea bag per cup. Pour fresh, boiling water over tea bag.
Brew for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag and stir.
For one glass iced tea prepare as above except use 2 tea bags. Pour into an ice-filled glass. For one quart, pour 32 ounces fresh,boiling water over 5-6 tea bags, steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir. Pour into ice-filled glasses.
