Painstakingly withered and hand-rolled, mildly oxidised, and then finally heated for several hours, it is the gem of blue teas from Formosa.
Leaves: rolled into greenish-bronze pearls
Nose: floral aroma, sugared and honeyed
Liquor: a beaming jade colour; its silky texture flows with sweet, floral tones. Its rich and velvety body emanates floral tones like white flowers, quickly accentuated by notes of toasted buns, warm brioche and fresh bread. Tannic yet balanced, it leaves behind a pleasant and lingering nuance of summer honey.
