This finely ground Green tea powder is manufactured by an historical tea factory, established in Taiwan over 70 years ago under the Japanese occupation. Sencha processing techniques are still used today to produce a high quality Green tea powder that is mainly exported to Japan, where it enjoys a fine reputation. The tea is ground into fine powder from the whole leaf, allowing for elevated levels of antioxidants and a fuller release of nutrients such as vitamin C, catechin, and calcium.
