The dry leaf aroma is fruity, with a strong citrus note and the liquor is a complex array of brown sugar, berry fruits and a hint of nuts. Has a lasting Huigan and very viscous, aromatic presence in the cup after drinking.
Grown organically in Yunnan Province, at an elevation of 2300m. The land is biodiverse, previously unfarmed and no chemicals are used at any stage in the production.
The tea is processed by Taiwanese master processors here in Yunnan, who have a long family history of Oolong production Taiwan.
