Being a blend of teas, there aren’t many informations about the material but we don’t think it matters too much to know precise age and cultivar. The tea has strong “chen” (陈，aged) flavor and is quite nice to drink with a cozy and comfortable feeling.
Considering the price it can be an easy to go daily drinker or a good introduction for those wanting to taste aged yancha.
Aged tea might be a bit of an acquired taste so we suggest to try a sample first. Boiling this tea is strongly recommended to bring out the aged flavors warming you up for many brews. Can be also stored for long time.
