Pai Mu Tan is otherwise known as Bai Mudan or White Peony. It is considered the most natural of teas, maintaining delicate white hairs on the leaves. White tea is widely believed to be China’s earliest form of tea, based on the fact that it’s processing simply consists of only drying the leaves.
Mild, sweet, full-flavoured and smooth with a light nuttiness. It can be likened to drinking liquid silk.
