The Tea Tale – Mint tea isn’t just a drink in Morocco. It is a sign of hospitality, friendship and tradition. Because this drink is so popular, it is served all day long, after every meal and with every conversation. Nishka, our youngest tea master created this tea in ode to her Eastern European friends that she made during her travels as an exchange student. We asked her to close her eyes and think about those good days and use words to describe what came to her mind. She said colorful tea glasses, the scent of mint tea, roses, date trees and a blue sunny sky. Her memories gave birth to our Moroccan Winter Tea.
