Well-selected the 80 years old tea trees growing in Shengya village in Mt Wudong, which is around 600-700 meters above sea level; plus making from skillful tea farmer, this Huang Zhi Xiang has very delicate tea taste, with long-lasting sweetness, without any astringency or bitterness at all.
Deep & smooth throat feeling with strong Chaqi after sipping the tea; the natural gardenia aroma lingers between the teeth and the whole mouth. Even after 5 times of infusion, the tea leaves are still tightly-twisted. After 12 times of repeated infusion, the aroma & taste is still existing and strong.
All of our Honey orchid & yellow sprig Dancongs are high-roasted by the traditional Charcoal method; so these two new teas, their charcoal aroma will disappear after 2nd infusion; then comes out the lovely floral or Gardenia aroma.
Tips: for all high mountain Wudong Dancong, it has the honey aroma, but also wild-floral aroma as well.
