I don’t think I’ll ever be a fan of red rooibos, but this one tastes alright! I don’t even experience the usual exponential dread at the idea of drinking it. Huzzah!

Tastes of stonefruits, sleep, non-imposing roobios. I tend to chug it down before going to bed so I haven’t noted the subtitles, but I like it.

Too bad it was discontinued, but I’m glad I got the chance to try it (over and over again, because I bought the biggest pouch ever). Thanks for the great recommendation OMGsrsly, Bear With Me, and Plunkybug!

Additional notes: This one is so delicious, yes I’m having it this soon after the last time. Now it’s gone! A delicious sample that has my eye on Janet’s Special Teas. I also finished Nature’s Tea Leaf’s Lavender Pu-erh. That is another one I will miss. But sipdowns are a good thing!

Backlog…I really like this tea…and it’s a rooibos! I did not try it with milk, but I will next time. I’m so happy I have a few rooibos that I like well enough to repurchase.

OMGsrsly

It is SO GOOD with milk. :)

Plunkybug

K. Will def do that next time. I’m trying the Pumpkin now, and will likely add milk to it.

So. Good. Fruity and delicious. A tiny bit floral. When you add milk it’s like pear tarts (Uhh what? PLUM tarts.) or something.

Janet can really pick good rooibos. Wow.

I really do like this one. It’s rare that I like a rooibos, but this is a gem in my collection from her.

OMGsrsly

It really is so good. I really like the pumpkin, as well.

Bear With Me

I love how her rooibos is not so much woody as it is toasty or something. Adding milk makes them pastrylike instead of sticks in milk.
I still need to get that grapefruit eg down to her. I haven’t been out that way since my sis brought it home…

OMGsrsly

:) Yup, she really does need to try it. Man, I wish I could skip out on work today and go to Sidney and tea shop/chat with Janet!

Bear With Me

Oh she’s tried it. Haha. I have 100g with her name on it. AND she has feelers out for grapefruit flavour to whip up her own grapefruit eg that she wants to name after me O.o She loves grapefruit almost as much as i do apparently. Haha

OMGsrsly

Ohhh cool!

Plunkybug

I don’t like the pumpkin as much. This and the rainbow are my fave ones so far. I have not tried the pomegranate one yet, but I might soon. Thanks Bear With Me for letting me try these. I can’t believe I have multiple rooibos in my collection as permanent standing flavours.

OMGsrsly

The pomegranate is not as good IMO, mostly because it doesn’t go as well with milk. :)

Plunkybug

I’m thinking it might cold steep well in summer though.
