Our HOUSE SPECIALTY, the Tie Guan Yin ORGANICGLACIAL’ Tea processed tea direct from our plantation in the province of Fujian, China. It is a TRANSFORMATION of the traditional Oolong tea to the new era of ‘GLACIAL’ Tea for its freshness. It is organically tested and certified with Certification of Quality accredited by the Authority of China.

Brewing: Wash tea leaves with a quick rinse of boiling water. Fill teapot with boiling water again, pour the tea out within 4 sec to savour your first brew. Steeping time increases as you brew, up to 4-5 brews.
