In response to the popularity of our Chinese zodiac labels, which began with our Year of the Tiger label in 2010, we have prepared another special label for 2012.
Depicting a magnificent, golden dragon breaking through the clouds and soaring to great heights, the splendid design is perfect for the New Year.

- Features of our Special New Year’s Matcha for 2012
This year’s matcha is most notable for its superb fragrance, in addition to the richness and pleasant, lingering aftertaste that are characteristic of all premium matcha. Compared to the mild and refined ‘serenity’ of Seiun or Wakamatsu-no-mukashi that is regularly sold throughout the year, this Special New Year’s Matcha offers a nicely contrasting robust ‘dynamism’.
With a fragrance that rises high like a soaring dragon, this matcha is well-suited to the Year of the Dragon. As you whisk and sip it, you will fully enjoy the magnificent fragrance of this delicious matcha tea.
This grade of matcha is the same as that used for Shin Shun Seiun and Shin Shun Wakamatsu-no-mukashi.

新春のために毎年、年末年始限定で販売する抹茶のこと。次の3つの要素を備えた茶葉を吟味した上で特別に仕入れ、年末年始限定で販売しております。
