There aren't any tasting notes for this tea yet.
Also known as Bai Mu Dan, this white tea has delicate, silvery buds and lush green leaves. This tea yields multiple steepings, and can be prepared both as a delicate brew, when steeped at lower temperatures, or as a stronger, oolong-like tea, when steeped at higher temperatures. It even makes a surprisingly good iced tea, when sweetened ever so slightly with honey. A good choice for those new to white tea.
