Gyokuro Superior, Jade Dew
Gyokuro has several unique features: an elegant aroma and sweetness of flavor, and a light green color. This tea comes from the Kyoto region and is grown in the shade for 20 days. By growing in the shade increases the amount of teaninen, this ensures a sweeter taste compared to Sencha. The tea has the wonderful characteristic emerald green color.
Use water of about 60 degrees,pre heat the pot and cups.
Use 4 grams of tea per 200 ml, and let the tea infuse 1.5 minutes.
