This small-leafed organic Assam brews a deep brown liquor with flavorful, well-balanced soft briskness and malty aroma. Use 1 generous tsp. dried leaf (3-4g) per 6-ounce cup. Pour boiling spring water over leaves and steep 4 minutes. Milk may be added.
