Description

With green Tieguanyin dominating the current market, this classic roasted Muzha style Tieguanyin is a welcomed throwback to the heavier roasted TieGuanYin of the past. Historically produced in the Wen Shan District near Taipei City, the Si Ji Chun varietal used in this tea produces a complex and layered brew. It has a floral aroma, with a roasted almond body that takes on more mineral properties as you re-steep.
