Description

This Matcha Culinary is suitable for culinary use. This is blended with Nibancha (the second tea harvest of the year) and high grade tea of the autumn harvest. So, this is superior in mellow taste and bright color even in this grade.

This Matcha keeps its mellow taste and bright green color, even if used for baked goods. The bright color and mellow taste of Matcha are usually weakened by heating during high-temperature baking. Therefore, high grade Matcha is not usually required for baking. However, this Matcha typically retains its mellow taste and bright green color in baked goods. Needless to say, this is composed with 100% Matcha green tea with no additives, unlike many others available elsewhere.

This Matcha is also suitable for other culinary uses, such as smoothies, lattes, sweets, and so on. Even for drinking, this is passable. You can fully ingest the healthy beneficial constituents like Catechin, as with other higher grade Matcha.
