A relaxing, calming herbal blend for promoting sleepiness and restful sleep through the night. These herbs are particularly suited for those who have trouble falling asleep when they want to. Contains: skullcap, lemon balm, chamomile, orange peel, California poppy, passionflower, and valerian root.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Steep 1T per cup of hot water for 10 – 15 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups 30 minutes before sleep.
