Description

Gynostemma tea is often sold in China as seven leafs ginseng, seven leaves flower vine, and Jia Gu Lan. Whatever you may call it, it has been used to help with constipation, insomnia, and for general good health.

Some studies have recently shown it to help in weight loss (it helps to adjust blood sugar levels and reduce blood fat therefore increasing the the body’s overall abilitiy to metabolize foods quicker), lower cholesterol and keep arteries clear and help to reduce blood pressure.
