Winter Mountain White Tea is minimally processed to preserve the leaves natural and fresh flavor. This fluffy modern-style white tea yields a delicate pale yellow liquor. Its taste is soft, clean, with a short-finished sweetness.
Brewing suggestion
Hot Tea: Use .09 oz (2.5 grams) of tea per 8 ounces of water. Heat water to 180 degrees and steep for 6-8 minutes. Simply sip the tea during brewing to find your preferred steeping time. Add more tea if stronger flavor is desired.
Iced Tea: To prepare of iced tea, brew hot tea (see guidelines above), let it cool down to room temperature, and put in the refrigerator. When cold and ready to drink serve over ice. Enjoy within 24 hours.
