When the ball of green and white two golden chrysanthemums emerge. The light tea is tinged with a golden hue. The taste is a blend of slightly sweet and bitter (the tea and the flower combined). Yin and Yang. Brew with less than boiling water. (about 180F) Steep for 5 minutes.
