This tea is from the Wuyi Mountain in northwestern Fujian Province. It grows in those craggy mountains and is thus called a rock oolong. The tea plants come from southern Fujian Province and were introduced in Wuyi in the 1990s. This rolled oolong is medium roasted, so the tea flavors are not overpowered like some other Wuyi rock teas. You can taste the fruit and floral flavors. This tea can be brewed several times, just steep it 15 seconds more each steep.
