An exceptional first flush Darjeeling with rich floral compexity and a "citrusy" finish.
DRY TEA: Well rolled, tippy Chinary leaves with greenish grey appearance. Fragrant with grassy, floral and spicy notes.
INFUSION: A uniform olive color with a strong fresh nose of sweet white-grapeyness and apricot.
Cup: The bright amber liqor is vivacious with peachy fragrance combined with nutty notes. The cup is brisk,well balanced, smooth and complex with a sweet floral depth. The finish is almost lemony-citrus that is deeply refreshing and satisfying.
